Mmmmm … This is a delicious soup recipe, and it’s super easy to throw together. I made this last year on Christmas Eve, and BP requested it again.

It tastes wonderful on a cold December evening. With pasta, cheese, tomatoes and bacon, you really can’t go wrong.

58. baked ham sandwiches

A couple of weeks ago, I made up six of these sandwiches, wrapped them in foil and popped them in the freezer.

They make a really good, easy meal for those nights when you don’t have time or energy to cook.

The only drawback was that the buns came out of the oven slightly crispier than BP and I would have preferred. There was a little “crumb spray” happening with each bite.

However, overall, it’s a good sandwich to have ready when you need them.
